night clubs ads as the Ritz, Danceteria, The Bottom Line, The Peppermint Lounge, and CBGBs, as well as lesser known
spots such as R.T. Fireflys and S.N.A.F.U..
For most bands playing at the Dive the shear "David & Goliath" aspect of being
listed on the same page as name acts appearing elsewhere seemed to be an accomplishment. The ad may have been towards
the bottom but your band's name was on the same page as Chuck Berry, or Grace Jones, or Johnny Winter.
